We now have a beautiful two level deck with a covered pergola and glass railings on the upper deck. We highly recommend FC Modern Build. It was refreshing to have a contractor come in and suggest ways to lower the cost without sacrificing quality or aesthetics. The project began right on the day agreed upon, and the quoted price did not change. With the money saved, we were able to add a privacy fence as a second project.
